Schedule

We update our schedule every month to give our clients the opportunity to try a variety of classes!

Our in studio classes hold a maximum of 10 persons per class.

Classes must be pre-booked to secure your spots.

We kindly ask that you please bring a towel (and/or your mat if you have your own).

As class sizes are limited, we do ask that you give advance notice should you have to cancel.

If you are unwell, please do not come to the gym.
