A challenging cardiovascular full body workout, using free standing boxing bags and sparring mitts. This class combines martial arts, boxing and dance moves all in one.

A body weight focused class that utilises suspension training. This develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

Body Sculpt

Body Sculpt

A non aerobic full body workout to sculpt and tone the body. This incorporates kettlebells, free weights and resistance bands.

Booty & Abs

This class is focused on your lower body. It utilises free weights, resistance bands and kettlebells.

Body Blast

Body Blast

A high intensity, cardio based class that incorporates plyometrics, balance, strength and core.

We prefer our classes to be more intimate so that we can give our clients the attention needed to benefit from the exercises they are performing. Therefore we limit our classes to a maximum of 10 people.

Due to the limited spaces in each class, we require clients to pre book their classes at least 24 hours in advance. Kindly note there is a strict cancelation policy in effect of 24 hours notice to cancel your spot.

All Classes are one hour including a 5 minute dynamic warm up and 5 minute recovery period.

We also offer private one on one and small group classes.
