“I have benefited greatly from Body Beat Quarantine especially now in terms of keeping active and not allowing myself to be slack, become lazy and let myself go. BBQ gives me constant motivation and I have noticed that certain parts of my body that I wanted to be tone have been getting there. I love the online group as well as the ability to message Arianne or Mariel when I have a question about form, certain foods and ways to achieve my body goals. I do feel this has definitely made me more strong and fit because of how committed BBQ is to focusing certain classes on building and working specific parts of your body.”

 

“The live workouts are very motivating because you can pretend you have an actual class to go to and be on time for 9am/5:30pm. Even if you miss the live you can do it at a later time. It is also motivating to know you and others are doing the same thing at the same time to help push yourself to finish all the burpees!! I also have very limited equipment at home and you guys make the workouts to suit everyone and whatever equipment they have available to them”

“BBQ is a great forum for people who need the extra push and having the accountability of the Facebook group helps keep you on your goal Being stuck inside all day is hard and moving your body is paramount. Great way to keep accountable and motivated.”

 

“What i love about BBQ is that I now have the opportunity to exercise at my convenience any day and time of the week. Apart from that, it is helping me manage my stress and anxiety brought on by COVID-19. Health wise, it has helped me stay on track, increased my fitness levels and feel strongerI Also LOVE being a part of the Facebook group because I feel like the group of girls are very motivating and kind when we all post our meals, workouts and even drinks!”

As it gives me a daily routine and makes me feel better about being in quarantine. Additionally , it encourages me to practice healthy eating habits. I feel well and generally healthier by keeping up a daily exercise routine. I have better exercise habits now than pre- quarantine. I believe that my fitness level has increased from starting this program to now and I can see the improvements in my body . I look toned and have been able to keep down my stomach area and reduce side fat.”
